Membership & Subscription Policy
1. Introduction
This Membership & Subscription Policy (“Policy”) governs the use of all loyalty programs, membership plans, subscription services, and recurring delivery programs (“Services”) offered by Kamalabhawan Foods Pvt. Ltd. (“Kamalabhawan,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By enrolling in any Kamalabhawan membership or subscription service, you (“Member,” “Subscriber,” or “Customer”) agree to comply with the terms outlined here, along with our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Payment Policy, and Delivery Policy.
2. Eligibility for Membership
Membership and subscription services are open to individuals aged 18 years and above with legal capacity to contract under Indian law.
By subscribing, you confirm that the information provided during registration is accurate and up to date.
Kamalabhawan reserves the right to approve, reject, or terminate any membership application at its discretion.
3. Types of Memberships & Subscriptions

4. Registration & Account Management
Customers must create an account on the Kamalabhawan platform to access membership benefits.
Account details, including address and payment methods, must be kept accurate and updated.
Each membership is non-transferable and intended for individual use unless otherwise specified.
Kamalabhawan is not responsible for unauthorized use of accounts due to negligence in safeguarding login credentials.
5. Membership Benefits
Members and subscribers may enjoy:

Loyalty points or rewards redeemable against future purchases.

Priority shipping and delivery slots.
Special offers during festivals, birthdays, or anniversaries.

6. Subscription Billing & Payments
Subscription fees (if applicable) will be charged on a recurring basis (weekly, monthly, or annually).
Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, UPI, wallets, and net banking.
By enrolling, you authorize Kamalabhawan to automatically charge your selected payment method until cancellation.
Subscription fees are non-refundable, except as provided in the Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Prices may change; however, subscribers will be notified of any price adjustments at least 15 days in advance.
7. Renewal & Auto-Renewal
Most subscription services are auto-renewed at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled.
Members will receive reminders before renewal, where required by law or policy.
Failure to process payment due to insufficient funds or expired cards may result in suspension of benefits.
8. Cancellation & Termination
Members can cancel their subscription anytime through their Kamalabhawan account dashboard.
If canceled mid-cycle, benefits will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
Kamalabhawan reserves the right to terminate memberships in cases of:
Fraudulent activity.
Breach of Terms of Service.
Abuse of promotional offers or benefits.
In the event of company-initiated termination (other than misconduct), refunds may be processed for the unused portion.
9. Refunds
Refunds for subscriptions are limited and subject to review under the Return & Refund Policy.
Ineligible refund cases include:
Benefits already used before cancellation.
Cancellation requests made after the renewal charge.
Refunds, if approved, will be processed via the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
10. Delivery of Subscription Products
Subscribers selecting product delivery plans will receive items as per chosen frequency (e.g., weekly/monthly).
Delivery charges may apply unless waived under membership benefits.
Timelines are subject to logistical constraints and local availability.
Risk of product damage or loss passes to the customer upon delivery.

Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
14. Limitation of Liability
Kamalabhawan is not liable for delays in product delivery caused by logistics providers, natural disasters, or other unforeseen events.
Membership benefits are offered “as is” without any guarantees.
Liability is limited to the membership fee paid during the disputed billing cycle.
15. Indemnification
Members agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kamalabhawan, its affiliates, employees, and partners from claims, damages, or expenses arising out of:
Misuse of membership benefits.
Violation of this Policy or Terms of Service.
Breach of applicable laws.
